Tony Capodagli

Tony Capodagli is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in the field of user experience and design research. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Ascension since July 2020, Tony previously held the position of Principal Associate in Experience Design Research & Strategy at Capital One, where notable contributions included developing customer insights, enhancing research processes, and promoting design thinking methodologies. Tony's experience also encompasses roles at tekzenit, Inc. as a Senior UX Researcher focused on evaluative testing and data analysis, and earlier as an Analyst at CapoDi Business Associates, improving system design through heuristic evaluations. Educationally, Tony earned a Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Human Factors and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University.
