Kaylee Searway

Kaylee Searway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and administrative leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Administrative Ministries at Ascension Lutheran Church, School and Preschool in Thousand Oaks since October 2016, Kaylee has previously held roles such as Community Manager at Greystar, where skills in transitioning management companies were utilized to stabilize occupancy and increase revenue. Prior experience includes working as a Pricing Analyst at IMT Residential, focusing on revenue optimization, and a decade-long tenure in various management positions at Equity Residential, where responsibilities spanned lease-ups and renovation projects across Southern California. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from California Lutheran University.
