Romha Berhane

Romha is an Associate at Ascension. She is responsible for the operational onboarding of portfolio companies, process building and supporting the Operations team.

Prior to Ascension, Romha worked at Convex Insurance as a Junior Project Manager. She has experience in managing strategic projects and streamlining operational processes. She previously interned at the Cabinet Office and volunteered for numerous charities.
