Joshua Booth

Joshua Booth, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Operations at AscensionPoint Recovery Services, where employment has spanned from August 2014 to the present, with roles varying from Director to Manager. Prior to this, Joshua held the position of Customer Support Coach at JPMorgan Chase from January 2011 to July 2014, leading a team of 15 Customer Support Specialists and serving as Chief Editor of the campus newsletter. Joshua's career began at Northland Group as a Collections Specialist from May 2003 to January 2011. Joshua holds a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University (2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2001).
