Cassie Schmidt has over 10 years of work experience. Cassie began their career in 2010 as a Customer Support Representative and Data Entry Specialist at Catholic Word Publisher Group. In 2013, they transitioned to Serco, Inc as a Benefits Administrator (General Clerk II), where they were responsible for maintaining a professional relationship between clients and Serco by assisting the client through registration on healthcare.gov. In 2016, they joined Ascension as a Human Resources Generalist, where they were responsible for benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, employee onboarding, legal/contracts, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and all aspects of payroll. Cassie was later promoted to Manager, People and Culture.
