Brandon Januszewski started their work experience in 2010 as a Summer Finance Analyst at Lear Corporation. Brandon continued with Lear Corporation in 2011, working as a Summer Finance Analyst again. In 2012, they joined Integrated Manufacturing & Assembly, a Lear Corporation Joint Venture, as a Cost Accountant. Brandon then moved within Lear Corporation to become an Assistant Plant Controller in 2014. In 2015, they joined Meritor as a Senior Financial Analyst, specializing in Specialty & Defense. Brandon later became a Senior Financial Analyst for NA Truck, working on Business Cases and Consolidations. In 2019, Brandon joined Ascent Aerospace as a Project Controller before taking on the role of Finance Director in January 2022.
