Mike Wilson is an experienced engineering specialist with a strong background in automation, programming, and manufacturing processes in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a simulation lead at Ascent Aerospace since August 2017, Mike develops custom offline programming software for the DELMIA platform. Previous roles include software solution architect at Cenit North America, CAD/CAM support engineer at Bell Helicopter, teaching/research assistant at Purdue University, and mechanical engineer at CimTech. Mike holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, focusing on reverse engineering and remanufacturing, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
