Carly Fiske

Carly Fiske has worked for several companies since 2008. Carly began their career at Esri as a Customer Service Representative, providing email and telephone support to guide customers through software installation troubleshooting, shipments, and order status. Carly then moved to James Publishing as an Account Manager and Editor. In 2015, they took on the role of Product Communication Specialist at Pear Sports, LLC. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Geopointe as a Technical Writer, composing end user software documentation and developing information design strategies. Most recently, they have been working at Ascent Cloud as a Product Documentation Specialist, managing user documentation and contributing usability feedback to the product team.

Carly Fiske obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Anthropology and English Literature from the University of Redlands between 2004 and 2008.
