Rudy Ornelas has been working in the technology industry since 2006. Rudy began their career as an Analyst at Bank of America. In 2009, they joined EZappt, LLC as a Project Manager/BA. In 2014, they moved to B2Gnow as a Software Support. That same year, they joined Geopointe as a Customer Success Specialist. In 2020, they joined Ascent Cloud as a Product Analyst, where they are also responsible for Customer Support Engineer and Customer Success Manager roles.

Rudy Ornelas attended the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business (e-business) in Information Technology Project Management. Rudy also obtained two additional certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce.com Platform Developer I in April 2017 and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator in August 2015.
