Prior to this role, Justin worked as a Project Manager / Estimator at LONG Building Technologies from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities included client communication, estimate creation, budget tracking, and project scheduling. Earlier experience as a Project Engineer at Calcon Constructors, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 involved scheduling, quality control, and coordination among various stakeholders. Justin holds a degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University.
