Dimitri Antoniou currently serves as the Air Quality, GHG, and Noise Practice Leader at Ascent Environmental, Inc., a position held since April 2011, where responsibilities include conducting Environmental Impact Analysis for CEQA and NEPA projects. Prior to this role, Dimitri worked as a GIS Contractor for the State of California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection from March 2009 to March 2011, focusing on preparing various maps and managing the CalFire GIS database. Dimitri also gained experience as an Environmental Planning Intern with the County of San Luis Obispo from October 2008 to December 2009, engaging in Initial Studies and GIS analysis for CEQA compliance. Educationally, Dimitri holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management and Protection from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
