Michael Volkmer

Michael Volkmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and finance within the aviation sector. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Manager at Ascent Flight Training since June 2008, Michael oversees commercial and finance activities related to long-term military aviation contracts. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Executive in Project Finance at Ernst & Young, providing financial advisory services for structured finance long-term contracts. Michael's career began as a Graduate Civil Engineer at Westframe Construction Ltd, followed by a position as Project Manager at Hyder Consulting, where responsibilities included engineering design, project management, and contract management.
