Matt Yoder

Matt Yoder currently serves as President and Chief Strategy Officer at Ascent Global Logistics, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Yoder was the Head of Global M&A and Strategy at Emergent Cold from September 2018 until its acquisition by Lineage Logistics in June 2020. Yoder's earlier experience includes an Associate position at The Carlyle Group focused on private equity from January 2014 to July 2016, and an Analyst role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in investment banking from July 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, Yoder completed a Spring Analyst internship at Morgan Creek Capital Management in March 2012. Yoder holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BSBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
