Matthew Chau

Matthew Chau currently serves as the Head of Legal Recruitment for the Asia Pacific region at Ascent Global Partners, a position held since May 2024. In this role, Matthew focuses on connecting top legal talent with leading firms and companies, ensuring high recruitment standards. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Legal Recruiter at Taylor Root from 2022 to 2024 and at ALS International from 2019 to 2022. Matthew's legal career began as a Lawyer at Reed Smith LLP from 2014 to 2018. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
