Melinda M. Bell

Melinda M. Bell, MHSC, PCAT, is a highly experienced professional in the fields of counseling and support services. Currently serving as a Support Broker at Public Partnerships | PPL since January 2023, Melinda also works as a Certified Life Coach at Cerebral and as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor/Addictions Therapist with New Season. Additionally, Melinda has experience as a Care Coordinator at Ascent Health Inc. and previously worked as a Parent Educator at Delta Health Alliance. Melinda holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling with a focus on Life Coaching from Liberty University and a Master of Science in Community Development from Delta State University. Melinda is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling at Liberty University.
