Lindsay Wilson

Lindsay Wilson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of HR Compliance at Ascent Hospitality Management, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance with employment laws and developing compliance programs. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Compliance Analyst, Paralegal at Altium Packaging, and Senior Litigation Paralegal at WestRock Company, among others. Notable competencies include managing EEOC charges and DOL audits, ethics and compliance investigations, and employment law compliance research. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Spanish Translation and Paralegal Studies from Kent State University.
