Radoslav Tsonov

Radoslav Tsonov has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Managing Director - Dedicated Teams at Ascent, which they began in December 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Country General Manager (BG) at the same company, starting in November 2020.

In 2019, Tsonov held the role of Global COO/Country Manager and CEO (Bulgaria) at Tradeo.com, a trading platform and brokerage. Radoslav successfully sold Tradeo and established QuoteCores, a fintech solutions company.

From 2018 to 2019, Tsonov worked as the Operations Director at Centroida, a technical startup focused on blockchain technology. Radoslav played a key role in building a blockchain banking ecosystem.

Beginning in 2010, Tsonov co-founded Empower United, where they served as the COO in various capacities. Radoslav held roles such as Deputy Managing Director at PSG Payroll Services, Operations Officer at TigerOnSite, and COO at Yatoto Inc.
