Rita Correia

Rita Correia is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in Human Resources Management, currently serving as a People Partner at Ascent for the Portugal, Malta, and Spain regions since July 2021. Rita's role involves developing and implementing HR plans and solutions aligned with business objectives, providing strategic human resource advice, and ensuring adherence to employment legislation. Prior to Ascent, Rita worked at Grupo Nucase from November 2016 to July 2021 as an HR Technician and Consultant, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee integration, performance assessment, and HR policy development. Rita began the career journey with an internship at Synergie in 2015 and holds a Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lisbon and a Licentiate Degree in Relaciones Laborales y Empleo from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
