Simon Sear

Simon Sear is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in transformation and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for the UK branch of Ascent since April 2023, Simon is responsible for the growth of the business and leads the design of digital transformation projects, particularly those involving data and generative AI solutions. In addition, Simon contributes as a Non-Executive Director on the Transformation Advisory Committee of the Department for Work and Pensions, providing strategic insights for service improvement benefiting millions of UK citizens. Prior roles include Innovation & Transformation Leader at Studio44.io, Chief Innovation Officer at BJSS, where Simon played a key role in the company’s growth, and various senior leadership roles in organizations such as Project 44 Limited, bp, Duke Energy Corporation, and Enron. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from London Metropolitan University.
