Tiffany West is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in programming, digital business development, and marketing. Currently serving as Head of Programming and Board Member at Ascent Leadership Networks, LLC since May 2018, Tiffany focuses on fostering leadership through diverse networks and tailored development programs. Prior to this role, Tiffany held various leadership positions at the World Economic Forum from September 2006 to April 2018, where significant contributions included launching the organization's first digital engagement product and directing the Engaging Tomorrow's Consumer Project. Previous experience also includes key roles at The Walt Disney Company as an Associate Brand Manager and at General Mills, Inc. as a Marketing Associate. Tiffany holds an AB in Humanities Honors from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
