At Ascent Living Communities, Amelia currently serves as Area Director of Memory Care, where Amelia collaborates with residents, families, and team members to enhance life in the community. Additionally, Amelia has been involved in leadership programs such as the Women of Influence and Impact Leadership Cohort, demonstrating their commitment to empowering women in the workforce. Amelia also has a Master's of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
