Director-head Quality at ASCENT PHARMACEUTICALS INC

Venkatasubramanian Jayaraman has a wealth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Venkatasubramanian is currently working as the Director and Head of Quality and DEA Compliance at Ascent Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Earlier in their career, Venkatasubramanian worked as a Chemist in quality assurance at Sanmar Specialty Chemicals Ltd and held positions at Shasun Chemicals and Drugs Ltd, Kanchi Camphor Ltd, and Tantech Agro Chemicals Ltd.

Throughout their work experience, Venkatasubramanian has received awards for exceptional performance and has been involved in setting up new labs and providing training to staff management trainees.

Venkatasubramanian Jayaraman pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Chemistry from Goverment Periyar Arts College in Cuddalore, Tamilnadu. Venkatasubramanian completed this program between 1993 and 1996. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1998, they attended Jamal Mohamed College, Bharadhidasan University in Trichy, where they obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Chemistry.
