Jason Fan

Jason Fan has a strong background in business development and alliance management. Jason started their career at GenScript USA Inc. in 2009 and held various roles including Technical Account Manager and Sales Account Manager. In 2014, they joined Syneos Health as an Associate Director of Business Development. In 2018, they moved to AustarPharma where they served as Director of Business Development and Alliance Management. Currently, they are working at Ascentage Pharma as the Director of Business Development.

Jason Fan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Fudan University from 1998 to 2002. Jason then pursued further education and obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Molecular Biology from Penn State University, studying from 2002 to 2009. Additionally, Jason obtained several certifications in various areas, such as a Leadership and Management Certificate Program, Leadership in the 21st Century, Managing and Motivating Talent, Managing the Global Firm, and Strategic Management: Competitive and Corporate Strategy. These certifications were obtained from Wharton Online in December 2020.
