Alina Pintilie-Garbe

Alina Pintilie-Garbe serves as the People Operations Lead at AscentCore since November 2023, after holding various roles at 3Pillar Global Romania from October 2017 to November 2023, including Senior Learning and Development Partner. In these positions, Alina focused on developing and implementing training plans, collaborating with leaders to assess training needs, and driving global learning and development initiatives while maintaining influential relationships within the organization. Previous experience includes roles as Learning and Development Partner, Talent Engagement Partner, HR Assistant at Centric, and Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at Capgemini. Alina holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Public Relations from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași.
