After many years of providing outstanding service, Compusource was acquired by Constellation Software, Inc. (TSX:CSU) in August of 2009. Constellation Software is a publicly-traded international provider of market leading software and services to a number of industries across the public and private sectors. As of 2019, Constellation Software has over 16,000 employees worldwide generating consolidated revenues exceeding 3.1 billion (USD). The stability of Constellation provides a solid foundation for Compusource growth for years to come.

In 2020, the Ascente FSM Software Group separated from the original Compusource group, and merged with a similarly structured software company, Vertical Market Software (VMS).  Together with VMS, we as a group have a larger pool of both support and development resources that will benefit both of our clients over the long term.
