Fiona Lugiano

Fiona Lugiano is the Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Ascentis since January 2002, overseeing strategic planning, IT management, finance, estates management, quality assurance, compliance, and media relations. In addition, Fiona has served as a Governor at Burnley College since July 2018 and worked as an Associate Lecturer at The Open University from 2006 to 2015, teaching "The Early Years: Developing Practice." Previous roles include Undergraduate Secretary at Lancaster University, Marketing and Research at Nottingham Trent University, and Area Exams Assistant at Leeds City College. Fiona holds an MBA from the University of Central Lancashire, a Diploma in Psychology from The Open University, a Certificate in Management from Lancaster University, a Certificate of Professional Development from Swansea University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Wales.
