Ben Boissevain

Founder and Managing Partner at Ascento Capital

Ben Boissevain is the founder and managing partner of Ascento Capital. Prior to launching Ascento, they served as the managing partner of Bois Capital, LLC, an independent investment bank focused on technology and telecommunications. During their tenure at Bois, they advised comScore, Inc. on its divestiture of its mobile analytics division to Innovo and facilitated the sale of Branderati to Sprinklr.

Boissevain began their career in 1987 as an associate at White & Case. Ben later transitioned to Erste Bank, where they served as a senior manager from 1990 to 1994. In 1994, they joined Barclays Capital as an associate director and remained with the firm until 1996 when they joined Agile Equity as managing partner. Ben served in this role for 17 years until launching Ascento Capital in 2013.

Ben Boissevain graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor's Degree and an Honors Thesis on Development of India vs. Korea. Ben then went on to earn their J.D. from New York University School of Law, specializing in Corporate Law.
