Jen Ketter

Jen Ketter currently serves as the Member Experience and Development Manager at Ascentra Credit Union since September 2023. Previously, Jen was the Tutor Manager and Professional Development Facilitator at Paper, an EdTech SaaS company, where oversight of a 100+ member team of part-time tutors included driving onboarding, training, and management processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Texas Educator and Curriculum Developer at Midlothian Independent School District from August 2009 to January 2022, focusing on the learning and development of elementary and middle school students. Jen also worked as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant at A to Z Pediatric Therapy from July 2013 to January 2015, supporting clients aged 2-20. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education from Utah State University and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Quincy University.
