Jill Swanson

Jill Swanson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jill started their career in 1990 as a Manager of Client Services at Financial Training Resources, Inc. Jill then worked at Simplex Time Recorder as an Area Support Manager from 1996 to 2001. After that, they joined Ceridian as a District Implementation Manager from 2001 to 2004. From 2005 to 2014, they were the Retail Banking Manager, including Compliance, at DuPage Credit Union. Jill then worked at Prosper Marketplace as a Call Center Manager from 2015 to 2016. Jill joined OneAZ Credit Union in 2016 as the Member Care Center Manager and later became the Deposit Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019. Jill then moved to Sauk Valley Bank as a BSA/Compliance Officer from 2019 to 2022, and eventually became the AVP, BSA & Compliance Officer. Currently, they are the VP Compliance and Risk at Ascentra Credit Union, starting in November 2022.

Jill Swanson attended Sterling High School from 1976 to 1980, but did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1983 to 1985. Jill'sfocus of study during their time at the university was in the field of business.
