Elana Gonsalves, SHRM-CP, is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background. Elana currently holds the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ascidian Therapeutics, a role they have been in since September 2021. Elana's career also includes previous roles at Arbour Hospital, where they worked as a Crisis Clinician from February 2012 to May 2013. In this position, they conducted psychiatric evaluations and crisis interventions for walk-in and scheduled patients. Prior to that, they served as a Social Work Assistant from October 2010 to May 2013, providing administrative support and coordinating assessments and referrals for aftercare. Elana began their career at Arbour Hospital as a Mental Health Associate, where they supervised and provided care for acutely psychotic patients from May 2007 to October 2010.
