Hima Kolanagireddy

Hima Kolanagireddy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Softech Solutions in Montreal, Canada. Hima then moved on to Computech Corporation as a Resource Manager from 2001-2002. In 2003, they joined Miracle Software Systems as a Senior Account Manager, where they received recognition from IBM for their work. From 2009 to 2011, Hima served as a Senior Client Partner at Trinity Consulting, handling IT staffing and recruitment. In 2018, they became an Outreach Volunteer and Inmate Counselor at New Directions Ministries, counseling women in prison. Hima also held executive roles in various political committees, including the Michigan Republican Party. In 2023, Hima became an Executive Board Member and PAC Chair at ITServe Alliance. Currently, they serve as President and CEO of Ascii Group, LLC, where they specialize in providing comprehensive IT services and business solutions.

Hima Kolanagireddy obtained a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Osmania University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Before that, from 1996 to 1998, they completed a Diploma in Software Technology (DST) at CMC Limited, specializing in C, C++, and Oracle languages.
