Kalina Scott

Kalina Scott is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Ascom since March 2024, Kalina Scott also holds the position of Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at KLINGELNBERG GROUP since August 2022. Previously, Kalina was the Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board at duagon AG from December 2019 to July 2023, and served as Chief Financial Officer at Polyphor Ltd from June 2017 to December 2019. Kalina Scott's career includes significant roles in M&A and capital markets advisory at Bank am Bellevue and KPMG Corporate Finance, as well as a strong foundation in investment banking at UBS. Kalina's academic credentials include recent completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
