As a Founding Partner and President at Ascot Diamonds since 2003, Matthew has played a pivotal role in establishing a thriving business model with multiple showrooms, recognized for exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Concurrently, Matthew founded Ripple Effect Growth Advisors in 2015 to facilitate organizational change and growth. Previous leadership roles include Business Growth Advisor at Seaside Grown, CEO and Operating Partner at Charleston Beverage Company, and President of the South Carolina Stingrays, a notable ice hockey team. Matthew's early career included positions in corporate sales and marketing with Columbus Crew SC and as VP of Sales & Marketing for the South Carolina Stingrays. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Sport Science from the University of Richmond.
