Carl Griffiths

Carl Griffiths currently serves as the Syndicate Head of Exposure Management at Ascot Group, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carl was with Tokio Marine Kiln for over six years, where responsibilities included Head of Catastrophe Model Development and Catastrophe Risk Manager. Earlier experience consists of roles such as Exposure Manager at Sirius International, Senior Risk Analyst at Aspen Re, Risk Analyst at Brit Insurance, and Underwriting Assistant at QBE Insurance. Carl holds a qualification as a Certified Catastrophe Modeler from The AIR Institute, earned in 2005.
