Harrison Floyd

Harrison Floyd serves as the Head of Group PMO at Ascot Group since March 2022, bringing extensive experience in project management and consulting. Floyd previously owned and directed H Floyd LIMITED, a project management and PMO service consulting company, from June 2015 to January 2023. With over nine years in the insurance sector and six years in change management, Floyd has also held roles like HR Optimisation Manager at Barclays and provided PMO services to various firms, including Marsh & McLennan, Allianz, and Chubb. Educational credentials include a BA Hons in History from Anglia Ruskin University. Floyd is Prince2 (2017) qualified.
