Heidi Pelkonen

Heidi Pelkonen has over 20 years of work experience in various project management and leadership roles. Heidi'smost recent position is as the Head of Group IT PMO at B2Holding ASA, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at TietoEVRY as a Senior SAP Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Director and Head of Project Management Office at OpusCapita, where they were responsible for leading a team of project managers and managing customer implementations. Before that, they worked as an independent consultant at Oieta Oy from 2011 to 2015, where they were the Senior Project Manager for various projects, including an SAP FICO implementation for a Finnish retail company in Russia. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Consultant/Project Manager at Logica, overseeing a global Product Data Management implementation project. Heidi began their career at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2001, where they held various roles, including Finance & Control Project Manager, Manager, and PDM Concept Owner. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, project delivery, and process implementation.

Heidi Pelkonen pursued their education from 1996 to 2001 at the University of Oulu, where they earned a MSc (Tech) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management. In 2009, they attained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
