Ian Thompson has a wealth of experience in the insurance industry, having held various leadership positions at companies such as Ascot Group, Hiscox, and Catlin. Ian currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer in Bermuda and Chief Underwriting Officer for Casualty & Specialty at Ascot Bermuda. Ian Thompson received their education from The University of Manchester and Norwich School.
