Jon Mosby

Jon Mosby currently serves as the Deputy Chief Underwriting Officer for Marine & Property and Senior Vice President, Head of Inland Marine at Ascot Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jon worked at AXA XL from October 2018 to November 2022 as the Regional Vice President, Inland Marine Underwriting Manager, where responsibilities included managing and enhancing the profitability of the Northeast Inland Marine territory. Jon's earlier experience includes positions at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as an Account Executive, XL Catlin as Regional Vice President-Inland Marine Field Director and Assistant Vice President-Inland Marine & Ocean Marine, and various underwriting roles at The Hartford from January 2006 to 2011. Jon holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and a B.S. in History, both from Ball State University.
