Leah Rutland

Leah Rutland is a skilled professional with diverse experience in client services and social media management. Currently serving as an Associate in Client Services at AlphaSights since June 2022, Leah previously held the role of Summer Associate at the same company. Prior to this, Leah worked at 42 Growth Strategies as a Social Media Manager Intern, focusing on content curation and promotion. Additional experience includes an internship at Fingerpaint, where Leah conducted research to enhance talent acquisition and improve diversity within the recruiting process. Leah’s early career includes a part-time position as a Hostess at Bottle Hill Tavern.
