Neil Fleming

Neil Fleming is a Space Risk Analyst at Ascot Group since November 2021, with previous experience as a Senior Specialist Risk Analyst at AIG, focusing on the assessment and modeling of Space risks using AI and advanced statistical methods. Neil holds a Master’s in Risk Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA in Finance from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, complemented by an MA in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. As CTO and co-founder of Sciemus, Neil led multidisciplinary teams to innovate in risk management systems, while earlier roles included various analytical positions within the UK Ministry of Defence and service as a Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.
