Nicholas Kaminsky

Nicholas Kaminsky is a seasoned leader in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance at Ascot Group since June 2024. Previously, Nicholas held the position of Director, IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance at Markel from January 2021 to June 2024, where a new framework for a proactive Line 1 IT GRC team was implemented. Between January 2008 and January 2021, Nicholas worked at Prudential Financial as Director of IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance, designing the first IT Risk Management Framework for the corporation, along with serving as Director of Risk Management. Prior experiences include senior roles at Wilmington Finance and CIGNA, focusing on IT auditing and internal control assessment. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Policy from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Cabrini University.
