Paul Michael Jindra

Paul Michael Jindra is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and transactions. Currently serving as Group Senior Counsel at Ascot Group since June 2025, Jindra previously held the position of Counsel at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from June 2022 to June 2025. Jindra's earlier roles include Associate at Fried Frank and Sidley Austin LLP, as well as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Jindra has experience as a Judicial Intern at the United States Court of Federal Claims and a Research Assistant at the House of Commons.
