Steven Champion

Steven Champion is a seasoned professional in risk management and exposure analysis with over 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Liability Exposure Manager at Ascot Group since October 2022, Champion previously held the position of Lloyd's Exposure Management Executive at Lloyd's of London from June 2013 to December 2022. Prior to that, Champion worked as a Certified Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Munich Re, where responsibilities included preparing critical market returns and reports. Additional experience includes roles as a Marine Risk Analyst and a Marine Claims and Reinsurance Technician at Ace Global Markets and Ace London, respectively, as well as supporting a Cargo Underwriter at Methuen. Education was completed at Shenfield School between 1984 and 1990.
