Tristan Lloyd

Tristan Lloyd is a seasoned professional in catastrophe research and development, currently serving as the Head of Catastrophe Research & Development at Ascot Group since April 2017. Previously, Tristan held positions at AIR Worldwide from October 2012 to April 2017, advancing from Research Associate to Senior Research Associate. An academic background includes a PhD from University College London, focusing on tsunami forces on coastal structures, pursued between 2008 and 2016. Early career experience includes roles at Arup as an Engineer on a tsunami mitigation project, as well as engineering positions at Halcrow and Faber Maunsell, among others. Tristan holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2007.
