Laura Sangwin possesses extensive experience in sales and management within the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Senior Sales Manager at Ascot Racecourse since October 2011. In this role, Laura oversees the hospitality sales team, focusing on revenue generation for key events such as Royal Ascot and Ascot Racedays, while managing client relationships. Previous positions at Ascot include Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive for the New Business Team, and Sales Executive, where success was achieved through a combination of proactive and reactive sales strategies. Prior to Ascot, Laura was a Sales Advisor at TUI- Thomson/First Choice, recognized among the top sales performers for delivering exceptional customer service in holiday sales. Laura holds a BTEC in Travel and Tourism from Collingwood College and completed high school at Tomlinscote School and Sixth Form College.
