Tom Johnson serves as the Head of Marketing at Ascot Racecourse since April 2024, leading marketing initiatives for the prestigious Royal Ascot and various global race days. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Head of Marketing at BOXPARK, where Tom promoted community engagement. From January 2018 to July 2022, Tom worked at the European Tour as Marketing & Consumer Director and Managing Director of Tour Consumer Experiences, focusing on brand development, marketing communications, fan engagement, and ticketing strategies. Earlier roles included Marketing Director at the European Tour, Associate Director at MediaCom, and Broadcast Buyer at Vizeum UK. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics with French from Durham University.
