Dharmesh Sorathia

Dharmesh Sorathia has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Dharmesh is currently the CTO & Co-Founder of Ascyndent, where they partner with clients to execute their business mission through the leadership of technology strategies. Their role involves leading and mentoring engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions leveraging technologies such as AI, ML, robotics, cloud, and biometrics. Prior to this, Dharmesh served as the Executive Vice President of AppDev and Integration at Information Control Corporation for 13 years. Dharmesh led large-scale programs in both private and public sectors, delivering easy-to-use applications across multiple channels. During this time, they managed a portfolio of $55 million and a team of 350. Before that, Dharmesh was the Vice President at Covansys, where they served as a Delivery Executive for Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. Dharmesh also worked as an Architect/DBA at Mastech, where they were responsible for designing and implementing a heterogeneous database platform. Earlier in their career, they served as a Software Specialist at Patni Computer Services and as a Senior Officer at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited.

Dharmesh Sorathia completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained various certifications such as the Microsoft Professional Program for Artificial Intelligence from Microsoft in January 2019 and certifications from institutions like Scrum Alliance, IBM, Microsoft, Chauncey Group International, PMI, and TOGAF.
