Emma Wood is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ASD since November 2019. Prior to this role, Emma worked at Severfield from February 2012 to November 2019, where responsibilities included positions as HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, and HR/SHE Administrator. Emma holds a PgDip in Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University, obtained from 2013 to 2015, and a Level 3 CIPD qualification from Leeds City College, completed in 2012. Emma also earned a BSc in Biomedical Sciences from Leeds Beckett University between 2008 and 2011 and completed A-levels in Psychology, Biology, and English Language at Queen Ethelburga's College from 2006 to 2008.
