At Jackson Chevrolet Co., they were the owner and president from November 2012 to February 2019. Tamera was tasked with restoring profitability, managing facility renovation, and various cultural and staff challenges. Tamera managed the total P&L, revenue tracking and generation, customer and employee satisfaction, and community outreach.

Under their leadership, the company achieved profitability within three months, doubled new/used sales volume within six months, and improved topline revenue by 40% within one year. Tamera optimized pricing, managed advertising, and invested in a website upgrade. Tamera also implemented a full CRM system, sales tracking, and pricing tools.

Tamera modernized the facility and enhanced customer/employee satisfaction by overseeing a $1.5M renovation. In the end, they successfully sold the business at a profit.
