Andrew Fear

Andrew Fear is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in network management and service delivery. Currently serving as the Network Product Owner and previously as the Service Delivery Manager for Monitoring and Event Management at Asda, Andrew has played a significant role in expanding observability practices and managing the IT transformation related to Asda's divestiture from Walmart. With prior leadership experience at Yorkshire Water as Network Team Leader and at Provident Financial Group as Network Operations Team Leader, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in managing teams and infrastructure. Additionally, Andrew has a rich history in education, having served as a Commercial Trainer and Curriculum Lead at Leeds City College while managing the Cisco Academy Support Centre.
